What data and for how long?

Newsletter

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter then we will hold your email address until you let us know that you want to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails we send or by contacting us.

Online shop

Our online shop is managed with Shopify.

When purchasing through our website, a checkout session will be created with some Shopify cookies necessary for the functioning of the site. You can find out more about cookies by visiting www.aboutcookies.org/.

If you place an order through our online shop then we’ll need to ask for your name, email address, payment details and a delivery address. It would be quite hard for us to deliver a game if we didn’t know where it was going.

Your information will be held for a minimum of 6 months in case we need to come back to solve any problems with your order.

Resource downloads and enquiries

If you choose to download some of our free resources, or submit an enquiry form, then we will ask for some of your personal information. We will hold your details in order to get in touch with you and resolve your queries. You can request your details to be removed from our database at any time by contacting us.
